The whole exhibit is beautiful and touching. My children, who were not alive when 9/11 happened were very interested and enjoyed the museum.
Audio narration was really good. Large overhead boards indicating next point of interest to start audio would have helped. The device was some confusing, it continuos closed out then you had to find your next exhibit
Jorge was amazing and so knowledgeable. His presedntation was captivating and stellar. The museum was done so well. Painful, overwhelming, but so nececcary and done to perfection.
I am a former Metropolitan Police Officer and was deployed as a Family Liaison Officer to the american husband of his British wife who perished in the incident. To be able to see some of the remnants of the towers and to find the wife's name at the memorial was very emotional and humbling. I had wanted to visit the site for many years ad I am so glad I have now finally done so.
The last colum. Cut down and removal. where everyone got to sign it and everyone showed up to pay tribute. I chocked up reading it.
A wonderful , tasteful memorial to all the 9/11 victims and a great privilege to be there. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful and there was a suitably respectful atmosphere. The museum does justice to the event and all the victims and the final video on the humanity of the day , all the boats turning up to evacuate hundreds of thousands of Manhattan residents ( which we were unaware of) left a big lump in my throat and xthe shedding of a tear or two. Thank you.
The museum is impressive, depressing and emotional. It is very well laid out, lots of space and a very special atmosphere. The artifacts are well placed and the paths are easy to walk. The museum is a must for all New York guests.

It was humbling and very emotional. I witnessed the second plane hitting the tower and the silence when they grounded all flights.
The voice messages of victims before disaster struck. The lasting effect it had on the health of survivors - respiratory problems, cancers etc. Those are things I didn't think of.
The facility, the exhibits, and the fact that we didn't have to wait in line made it an amazing experience. I only wish we had alloted more time to see everything. The informaiton about how long we needed to experience everything was not accurate. We needed much more time to truly experience all that the museum had to offer.
We loved our tour with Head Out. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely go again! Becky and Kevin
It's an incredible museum with history and meaning like no other. The architecture is amazing, the displays were so interesting and the videos amd recordings were so moving. Emily was our guide and she was wonderful, knew her stuff and had just the right amount of reverence. It was a moving experience and I am so grateful for the museum was bullt to honor all those who lost their lives amd those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The exhibition is impressive, the museum is located in the same place where the towers used to be, to see the remains of what was left from that day is incredible; and I did not queue to enter.

Having the tickets already purchased and not having to wait in line was great! The exhibits and audios were great. So many emotions and memories came back to what I was doing and where I was that day of the horrible attacks. Learning about the Survivor Tree was amazing. This was my 3rd time here and never knew about the tree.
The beautiful way we could walk thru that devastating day.... and the consequences of it on the world. Hesrtbtraking beyond words🇺🇸
Jorge was knowledgeable, attentive to all the members of the group and gave insightful info that only a New Yorker could. Amazing experience.

The whole experience was very moving. A wonderful tribute to the fallen firefighters, police officers, and other brave citizens. America must always stay united to preserve democracy.
The exhibits were so powerful. The movies and stories were amazing. I never knew about the boats evacuating the people off the island!

This was my first time visiting the 9/11 memorial and museum. It was emotional , beautifully done and overwhelming . I especially loved the blue wall and the 4 story painting from the 93rd floor artist . There was too much to take in so just stayed about 3 hours. Thank you to all who made this tribute happen

The tour was was important in order to experience the Grown Zero area - the Memorial tree, the white Roses on the victims names, understanding why the victims names appear as they do, why the towers are complete etc. Tim did a very nice job!
A very somber place to visit, yet uplifting in the millions of ways that they honored those hero's. A must see if you are in NYC.
Helena was most patient. My guest had problems walking and she was very observent, We had a very good tour. Will be back.
We had the most amazing Tour Guide, Ray, and felt we experienced 9/11 through his eyes and his stories he shared with the group. The "untold" real stories and seeing the BEFORE & AFTER pictures brought tears to my eyes. Also, going on the guided tour prior to going inside the museum made me appreciate what I was actually seeing in the museum and memorial. I will continue to keep NYC in my prayers for continued HOPE & HEALING.
Was very informative and easy to navigate
Our guide was excellent emmeline, she made it a great experience.

Visiting One World Observatory was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped into the sleek and modern lobby, we knew we were in for something special. The elevator ride alone is incredible, as you watch the transformation of New York City’s skyline over the centuries in a matter of seconds. Once we reached the top, the 360-degree views were breathtaking — you can see the entire city, including iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, and Brooklyn Bridge. The interactive displays and digital guides really added to the experience, giving us detailed insights into the buildings and neighborhoods we were looking at. There’s also a sense of awe knowing you're at the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, which is a remarkable feat in itself. The staff was friendly and efficient, and though it was busy, the observatory is spacious enough that it never felt crowded. We also enjoyed a snack at the café while soaking in the views, which made for a perfect break before heading back down. If you're in New York, this is an absolute must-do. It's not just about the views — it's about experiencing the heart and soul of the city from above. Highly recommend!

The boat cruise through downtown NY including the Statue of Liberty is spectacular, and not to mention the ascent to the Summit, that is an otherworldly experience that in most countries can not be lived. Worked out very well and a great visit. Need to be.clearer that to go up the statue you need to have a separate ticket or have it booked in advance. Its not par of the basic ticket
We expected that people with tickets would have a shorter wait. Unfortunately, everyone had tickets and had to wait in line for 2 hours in the sun until the security check. Then another 1 hour until we were on the ship. On Ellis Island (also with a long wait) there was little time for the exhibition and we were back in Manhattan on the last ferry at 5:40 pm. The trip to Liberty Island and Ellis Island was very nice. However, we spent a good 4.5 hours of the more than 7 hours in line.

time to get inside to the main event took way too long. i thougt i was at disney world, not what I was expecting or cared for.. once inside the main area, everything was fine..but the lines getting to this main even was just too long and too slow for my taste
I could have spent all day on the observation deck. This experience was amazingly breathtaking. The only downside was when trying to leave. The line to exit was wrapped around twice with no clear beginning or end. There were so many people you really could not move. In the event of an emergency, it could have ended poorly. Establishing a better exit strategy will make this experience even more magical than it already was.

The access point was not clearly marked, lines to go up and down were too long, and the observation deck too crowded to enjoy. This is a recipe for sowing bad behavior among customers, and we saw that, too. We will not come back or recommend this activity to anyone else.
Seeeing the Empire State was amazing. I think it's slightly overpriced, whilst we were there8( of us) We all wanted a drink and I found the drinks and gifts completely overpriced. X
Skyline at sunset was awesome! Didn't like the fact we couldn't get in in the hour time frame of our booking time like the instructions said.

Not your fault but weather spoilt it , also could not walk on glass floor , loud school parties which I was not expecting, apart from the extra payment to climb , there didn't see much to do unlike ESB , Summit and World trade , it needs something else for the money I paid

Insane views of the city. People were nice about photos as well by not clogging up the glass. Book on a sunny clear day and you'll have the best time. Worth the money in my opinion
IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE VIEW OF NYC, the attraction starts in the elevator, I thought the projections on the walls were really cool, a mixture of technology and nostalgia. I also really liked the service and the organization, but it was a shame that the day was cloudy and the scenery was a bit spoiled. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent displays Wide-ranging variety of artists and art forms The crowd was moderate - enough people to give off a vibe of excitement, but not so many that it was hard moving around, reading captions/explanations, and getting some up-close views of the work Easy access to stairs and elevators Exciting to see in-person some works we have only encountered in books or via video

It was humbling and very emotional. I witnessed the second plane hitting the tower and the silence when they grounded all flights.
The starry night, we have been eager to see, was so impressive and amazing. The experience to see masterpieces, Picasso, Matisse, Cezanne, directly with my own eyes was so great.
The worker named Israel from Mexico City- was so nice, helpful and just made the experience so memorable!! He rocks 🥰
Had not been to MOMA in many years so it was nice to see the new layouts and the regular collections. Exhibits were spacious and it did not feel crowded even on Veterans Day.
It's an incredible museum with history and meaning like no other. The architecture is amazing, the displays were so interesting and the videos amd recordings were so moving. Emily was our guide and she was wonderful, knew her stuff and had just the right amount of reverence. It was a moving experience and I am so grateful for the museum was bullt to honor all those who lost their lives amd those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
i was expecting a typical art gallery experience but was very impressed with the 60 minute multi-screen musical experience and the sports floor especially. unfortunately my booking experiences wasn't so wonderful, I booked online, thought i was booking for San Francisco but purchased a ticket for NYC, which I was told is non-refundable. I'd like to see more flexibility for this esp. in consideration of simple errors.
I visited the museum on my own using the directions provided via the QR code on the Moma website. Everything was very clear. The staff was very kind in showing me what was the best route to take and where to start so that I could visit all the areas. At the 'entrance I didn't find the line of people I went right in and downloaded the app. Everything was perfect

I loved the exhibition. I arrived at 2pm so there were not much people and it was easy to visit all the art. I had the chance to spend some time at the Picaso, Monet, Dali and other paitings I wanted to see. Great experience. I will come back soon

Excellent MOMA and the cruise. MOMA is always innovative and the exhibition is great. As for the cruise, I thought it was the best! Very good service and the guide explained everything during the trip and told us new facts!!! In short, very good and highly recommend the combo!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Incredible Experience at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt** Our visit to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of New York City that took our breath away. The immersive experience, combining art, architecture, and technology, created a truly unique atmosphere that we won't soon forget. The observation deck offers unparalleled 360-degree views of the city, and the mirrored rooms added a surreal, almost magical quality to the experience. Each level provided something new and exciting, from the glass floor to the open-air terrace. The staff was friendly and informative, ensuring we got the most out of our visit. Whether you're a local or a tourist, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is a must-see attraction that offers an unforgettable perspective on the city. Highly recommended!

The view at night is so unique, stunning. Its so much to expierience on 3 floors. Its only fun and joy. The best roofdeck in the city. Thank you

From the moment we arrived, everything was expeditious, orderly and very organized, which made it easy to enjoy the marvelous viewpoint. I would also add that the chosen schedule was amazing to get to know New York at night.

Everything about the observation deck was amazing. I'm glad I got to have the experience to see New York from a hight would recommend it to everyone
A perfect view over the whole city! The viewing platform is so special that I will gladly come back a second or third time. The space with the silver balls you see on social media is also beautiful. Big praise also to the staff, who managed the flow of visitors quickly and in a friendly manner.

The first experience view... when you come out to the elevator and see all the skyline was awesome. The last stop, when you stay in the glass -box (specially when you have fear of heights)
The view, the organization and the speed at which the elevators go up and down. Too crowded to appreciate the spheres. Thank you

It was amazing!!! An incredible view of the city! I was there at night (10 p.m.) and really enjoyed it. Wonderful rooms, absolutely unique, something very special that you have to experience.
The experience was out of this world. We went at night and the lights of new York were fabulous. And the illusions were like taking a trip without drugs...lol
Early afternoon visit with clear skies. It made for breathtaking views and unforgettable photos. The activities were just as great. The floating balloons, the faces on panoramic screens... Too bad about the wait to take pictures in the air. But that in no way detracts from the pleasure of this activity.

It was an emotional recollection of the tragedy of 9/11, with an amazing presentation of the tributes, recovered items and building remains.
It was my first time flying. This was on my bucket list. I flew with my son. It was a beautiful experience. The flight was very smooth. The pilot played us music that made the experience even better. The staff are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend it.
The exhibit, the guide, everything was perfect! Would definitely use Headout again and will spread the word to my friends!
The whole experience was very moving. A wonderful tribute to the fallen firefighters, police officers, and other brave citizens. America must always stay united to preserve democracy.
The exhibits were so powerful. The movies and stories were amazing. I never knew about the boats evacuating the people off the island!
It took me two minutes to buy the tickets online. They arrived by email, sms and wasap quickly. I didn't have to queue at the arrival.

It was very interesting, especially to see the remaining parts of Ground Zero. At the same time, it was also moving to get an idea of what really happened here.

I was expecting this to be poignant and moving. It was that and more. The detailed recordings, pictures, displays, the part of foundation and remaining tower pieces, all of that and the human stories were just incredible. Thank you.
Really well done memorial. Touching as an experience, beautiful also the footage shown from which you really catch the soul of the people.
